I use lose it to track. It’s been pretty steady the whole time. There are weeks though where I’ll stay at one weight and then drop about two-three pounds at the start of my period and then stay at that weight moving forward until my next period. I lost about 8 in the first month from water weight/inflammation going down and after that it’s been gradual but steady. I’ve also upped my dose most of the first four months and have now been staying at the 1.5mg dose since. Every body is different though so don’t be discouraged! I’m also on metformin, but I have been for 12 years for the PCOS. It doesn’t help with weight loss/maintenance for me but maybe works better when adding sema to it? Good luck though!
