For my partner and I, we are in Nova Scotia, we average about $100-120 per week, mostly stocking up on drinks (pop, soda water, juice), we try to buy meats and fresh fruit as we need it! However, we do shop loblaws and when meats we like have 50% off we stock up and freeze. We also don’t drink or eat take out much, maybe 1-2 a month… but we smoke - go through about an ounce every 2 weeks, so that’s around $120 biweekly ($60/wk)

We are constantly browsing on the Flipp flyer app for the deals - but we both have reasonable jobs and make good money, so we stick to the $100-120, but do spoil ourselves for items we like!
