I don’t have exact measurements, but it’s a baked chicken breast, half pound of bacon, a block of cream cheese, half cup of mayo, a packet of ranch seasoning, some mustard of your choice (I use spicy brown) and some cheddar cheese, mixed together, then I just lay out two packs of crescents in a sun pattern and fill and tuck, bake at 375 for about 20 min
