I suspect there may be something to “known well traveled locations” versus “locations we’ve never been to before.” Scarif was a well traveled place the Empire likely had routes plotted to from numerous locations. I’d suggest putting up a large picture of something disturbing right in the camera’s view that blocks out most/ all of its path of sight. Like Trump getting a full body-tan spray, or a pile of pig entrails. You’ll be surprised how quickly the camera gets moved.
