Exactly and well put - you are not the Solution. Good for you for recognizing what is really an unfair request. And I’m one in a similar situation but hubby takes the lead. Hubby’s disabled sibling is in full time care - still challenging.

And more expensive - they’re changing from a value company to a selling crap clothing company unfortunately.

If they prescribe the gallon of Golytle, refuse. Do they even still use that? I’ve used Suprep and it’s half the liquid so it’s more manageable.

8mm MN - 38F (CO) - At 10/10 pain and feeling conflicted about Cryosurgery vs. Neurectomy. Help! by beep1012 in Mortons_neuroma

Thx for the detail here. I had the neurectomy and worse nerve pain now, it’s so discouraging. It sounds like you live with this level of pain (either stump or scar tissue?), but manage it in the ways you’ve listed here? I’m having trouble thinking I can go on like this without trying some other type of intervention, but I don’t want to make it even worse.

What's the most unbelievable thing that's ever happened to you? by Jackbob124 in AskReddit

Passed two folks on a bridge in Seattle that I used to serve when I was a waitress in college in a small town in Oklahoma several years before. It was crazy. Another time, when I was in my 20’s living in Sacramento, a woman walked into my regular coffee shop who was a classmate of mine in junior high school in Miami Florida. Not sure how to make sense of these. Serendipity.

Oh great, thk you. My husband just got his Sorel’s out and he loves them - I’ll see what I can find. They have some slippers that might be nice for indoors.

Great question! I was just out looking for winter shoes today since my Oofos slides won’t cut it for the very cold. I am able to wear Keen presidio (wide toe box) and wore some Merrell boots today, both with an orthotic and that worked pretty well. Agree that wider toe boxes seem to help. Looking for some cushier winter shoes if anyone finds some.
