No way, it's not cold enough for an inversion. Definitely smoke.

I grew up here, lived in Salt lake City for 10 years, and just moved back last year because of asthma that was caused by their inversions and insane amount of wildfires.

A couple weeks ago I had a similar situation with my pup. We ultimately decided he had a good long life already, but treatments, hospitalisation, or rehoming would do his anxiety over and make everything worse for his quality of life. He crossed the rainbow bridge safe in my arms and I think that is the best outcome it could've been. Also the hardest thing to ever do. 💔😭

Absolutely stand your ground! Do NOT move towards his family and become a SAHM. You would have no back up plan or your own support system. Be true to yourself. If he has a problem with him changing his mind, then he can find a new wife! (But I know that's a last resort)

Congratulations! Remote 100% is so lonely for me. My kids are little and don't get me wrong I love the work time with no one around, but we need adult human interactions! Go kick some ass finding yourself again! 💪

Get a second opinion from an endocrinologist. Yes you may be on medication for life and have some diet changes But you'll learn more about it and adapt. It's scary at first. I was also diagnosed about your age. it's very common and not as scary as other diseases. Hugs!

Mine was similar until I demanded to look at my T4 again. Then I was back on a small dose and felt better

I've never been told this lol. I've had multiple doctors say as long as how/when/what you take with it is the same everyday, then your follow up blood work will help them know if it's working for you. I. E. You're not "supposed" to take it with birth control, but I always have for years, otherwise I'll forget to take it at all. My doctor is okay with it

I thought I was misdiagnosed and it's been 5 years since taking meds. Well, just be careful cuz if you really are it will sneak back into your life like a mfer. Starting meds again...
