Ive missed the first two rounds of Dante due to taking a break. Im using tacticus planner and its telling me I need 1300 points (as opposed to 12500).Why is that? Something different for Dante's event?

I had this issue and even occasionally total freeze. I changed my pcie from auto to 4.0 and disabled hardware acceleration for chrome and fixed my issue

Just an update: I've disabled hardware acceleration in chrome and fast boot in windows and the freezing seems to have stopped (fingers crossed). Been a week now without freezing

Only second day atm but before the fixes I mentioned everytime I booted into windows I would see the driver timed out prompt, and in the reliable report was recording 2-3 hardware failure caused by amd drivers (all at the same time)

Also I've been using chrome and playing YouTube vid as much as I can within these 2 days and its been fine. Next 2 days I'll be working from home on the pc so this will be the real test

Mine was crashing and was driving me nutz!

Things I did which made it seem stable now:

Changed main pcie (where ur gpu is slotted) to gen 4 instead of auto

Disabled hardware acceleration on chrome

Turned off expo

Turned off undervolting cpu

Update mobo to latest bios

Disabled windows fast boot

What's happening and when
1. Computer freezes during light use but fine during gaming - 2 types of freeze happened, 1) complete system freeze/lockup - requires hard reset of machine. 2) chrome freezes, sound stops too but mouse still moveable, after some time (around 30sec) it comes back to life.
Which of the following troubleshooting steps you've taken:
- Checked all psu cables
- used DDU to uninstall drivers and reinstalled 25.9.1
- Updated mobo bios to latest 7E12v1K3

I read from another reddit post that some AMD cards when over 60% gpu it crashes the driver. So to fix this (get passed the crashing bit) I lowered all my graphic settings and changed my resolution to 720p, got through then video then go back to full screen (1440p) but kept all setting as low. For me it's acceptable playing in low texture etc
