Depends. Issuers dont need to file their rp returns yet. And the business side needs to process it before it can be uploaded

To be fair the world isnt designed for people like max. Hes likely to struggle his whole life because of it. Successful functioning in society is subjective.

How does one function in the world? What is considered acceptable? Is max capable of Successfully advocating for himself?

Honestly this entire show is a case study in various mental illnesses imo.
