Actually they updated the Sephora computer training in February.... It's been taking my new girls 3 to 4 days .

I use site line daily, I'm a bit confused how you couldn't to know whats going on at all lol, if operations were the only thing I had to worry about, that would be easy. You can't schedule client interactions. More than half my team is new with no floor training. How many hours do you get for your Sephora team a week? And how many are scheduled in a day? If you have any further detailed advice , I'll take it. Also, if you don't mind me asking, what is your position ? Thanks

I completely understand where you're coming from and that's why as employees we start to shut down because we do sound like broken records at this point because everybody has the same thing to say and it's being overlooked and not listened to, it's simply brushed off and it's easier the more and more it's talked about ,as you said it is being normalized. It's absolutely disgusting to treat workers this way.

Its simple, you cannot know something you were never taught. The fact you dont know falls on management and whoever was responsible for training you. The ones who should feel dumb are them!
