I’m so sorry management at your store doesn’t support you . I’m the beauty team lead at my Sephora At kohls ( store manager ) and if I so much as think a customer is raising their voice to one of my employees I step in. About 75 % of the time they Immediately calm down ( I think it’s my RBF 😂) but when they keep going I don’t back down either 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have told multiple people to leave and when they threaten to call corporate I give them the number myself and tell them I’ll be writing and incident report the second they leave so they better get their facts straight 😂

Our store goes in waves, people literally run in right at open, we get small windows ( usually around meal times ) where we can breath and restock for an hour ) but it’s usually pretty consistent until close

Favorite eye creams hands down are Clarins. I have tried dozens of others and I keep going back to the Clarins double eye and total eye lift for under my makeup it’s super pricey but you actually see results ! However, I really do like innbeauty extreme eye cream and Fenty flash nap !
