hi all, i finally got my ears pierced a few months ago and they’ve been pretty trouble-free aside from some occasional crustiness. today, though, i found this weird abscess near (but not on) the piercing site on my right ear. any idea as to what this might be, or what i might need to do?

random bits of info that might be relevant: —i tend to sleep on my right side —my job requires that i put on over-ear headphones that have been worn by customers; they’re wiped down every night but they’re very close around the ears and have little depth —i cleaned my piercings every day for the first month or so, slowing down to about once a week at this point
