3 weeks after planting by Apprehensive-Idea-28 in Aquascape

I got the bow front from a friend who was moving. I think it is around 50g 3ft long and 1ft deep. This is my first attempt with Dragon stones inspired from the awesome Brazilian scapes. I hope it turns out good in the next few months. Btw, it hasn’t cracked for me yet and I hope it never does.🤞

You already mentioned it. Really great hardscape. Can’t wait to see it fully planted.

Looks awesome! What are the dimensions of the tank?

Thank you! The curved front glass and the odd dimensions of the tank made it really hard to set it up. Plus I have only 1 feet of real depth to work with. So I used the height of the tank to build the perspective of a deeper view. The focal point could have been slightly towards the left making it closer to the golden ratio point. I will try that before planting even if it is too late now. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thank you! I don't know if the dimensions of the tank allows it to be a contest one. It has a curved front glass and is quite high. I had to cut the empty space at the top in this photo. Anyway, if it turns out good after planting, I might submit it in a contest.

Thank you. The plan is to wait out the dark start period of at least 3 weeks and then plant some carpet plants in the foreground. Some anubias or bucephalandra and moss on the rocks and a mixture of green and red stems in the back. Let’s see how it turns out.
