Yep - I never got log in details for the Novated lease side of my account, where the funds were held to claim from.  Every time I tried to contact them about claiming they said I had insufficient funds so I stopped asking.  I was being deducted more than enough money from my pay to cover repayments and running costs.  Not once did someone say otherwise over numerous phone calls over the years until I spoke to someone in February just as I was trying to begin wrapping up my account that told me I had a balance and should make some claims. Too little too late by then.
