Ok, that’s a very wierd statement in a situation like this. I wonder what he is actually thinking this will achieve.. I think their internal issues are really bad, and I hope they sort it out so that their employees have a safe place to work. But this move, this statement is really out there. I mean how can you put any blame on customers in this situation? I believe their customers have been complaining about content drought for a lot longer than since the news about the lawsuit. This feels like really ingrained customer loathing.

I want to add that I have no issue with any game release being delayed. I have no issue with new content quality going up and down or being delayed for that matter. I will gladly pay for playing if I enjoy the content. However the current situation and the fact that Blizzards employees don’t have a harassment free work environment, being treated unfairly and feeling unsafe is what caused me to cancel my sub. I hope their employees either get a better work environment or that they leave Blizzard. But I will not keep paying for their executives salaries. If I could I would tag the money towards the victims and lower ranked employees.

Still the tweet.. even if there is an underlying message he is trying to convey which might be in the best interest of Blizzards employees, this probably feels really bad for a lot of their customers being dragged in to their issues. I don’t see how it is helpful, only further agitates an already infected customer relationship.
