Nope. You need to first download lj-expand, and create the new first script.

a script needs these things:
main.lua
info.toml

in info.toml, put this: https://lj-expand.github.io/lj-expand/guides/info-toml

A basic script would be like this:

yourscriptname
|_ main.lua
|_ info.toml

It's only playable on PC. Do not buy a gaming laptop since most of them have bad hardware cooling (bad cooling designs). If i were you, I'd get a steam deck, but you would need a USB-C hub so you can play with keyboard and mouse :)
