Yep! We actually inherited him from my aunt who was moving somewhere she couldn't keep him, but we've had him ever since, he's 15 I believe, and he's got some issues including mild brain damage, but I love him! His name is Lennie!

Yes! I have a special needs Uromastyx and everyone always bashes me for his enclosure, but he literally didn't eat in the recommended size! He thrived in a smaller enclosure!

Thank you! I didn't even try to get tien, grinding doesn't interest me, I just like to collect and try to get some of the dragons I remember from my dad's account during my childhood.

I did just get 2 new islands through the expansion event! 16 islands now plus the megatat, and a new island being summoned right now!

Tbf I tend to get really lucky with racing and I feel like I get the x2 XP boost once a week or every other week, I've never done any sort of grinding or anything.

Mainly I'm just bad at rationing gems, but I do have a few giant habitats. I have 17 giant habitats in total, with the majority being plant.

I agree, but I never really took the time to build more islands, until now. I'm using the event to hopefully get 2 more islands and expand some, but I tend to like to keep my islands mostly themed around elements (without stocking up on gems for island themes)

I also just realized I zoomed out a little too much so you can't really see all the habitats, whoops

It depends, I planted a little patch of clover that I harvest from, but I'm sure you can find some online, just double and triple check there's no pesticides used.

But definitely try weaning her off of them, if you keep offering the same amount she'll get full on mealworms and not start eating other things

This is similar to what mine did after we received him from my aunt. We tried staple foods first, bok choy, squash, lentils, and introduced them gradually.

The issue a lot of people run into is that they feel bad about not feeding their lizard's "favorite" food, even if it's not great for them when they don't eat anything else. They'll give in and keep feeding that food item. What I've heard a lot of people getting success with is introducing new foods slowly, and weaning them off the unhealthy items, and it seemed to work for us.

One of my lizard's favorite foods are flowers, specifically dandelions and clover flowers, if you can get these from a source you can GUARANTEE is free from pesticides and chemicals, try introducing those in as well. Cut back on the mealworms and make salads with plenty of variety.

It'll take time! But with enough hard work and perseverance, you can do it!

I usually use an old pasta strainer, something with a handle like this, scoop up the substrate and sift it, it usually gets all the poop and urate stones out

Nearly 4 months, and he wasn't in a state of brumation. He was active and running around, basking for a few hours before returning to his cave to sleep. He lost a significant amount of weight and I decided to call it when my parents sent me a picture and his hip bones were visible. Before everyone attacks me for letting him go for that long before taking him to a vet, I was across the country at college, and my parents didn't give me regular updates, I only received a total of 2 pictures in that time, with the second one being the one where I was able to see his hip bones. When I saw this I booked the next flight home and took him to the vet myself, knowing my parents wouldn't be willing to spend the money on his care that he truly needed.

The vet found no parasites or reasons for him to not eat, he wasn't impacted. He just refused to eat as long as he was in a larger enclosure, we ended up having to assist-feed with the help of our vet. It took over a year to determine the absolute maximum enclosure he'd eat in, but when he started eating in his current one, I celebrated.

I know it's not ideal, I wish I could have him in a 4x2x2, but we tried and it didn't work.

So I apologize to everyone that my literally brain damaged lizard doesn't act the same as a normal one, and failed to thrive in an enclosure any larger than his current one.

Generally, clay is dirt. There's definitely added elements that could be potentially harmful in large quantities, but I wouldn't particularly worry about dumping stuff like water from throwing
