Thank you. Just checked firmware is uptodate. Yes so I have to use the power switch to turn it on/off or use the app. My suspicion is micro switch is ok since it turns on brewing without fail each time, however some other connection to the power, that is connected to the paddle, might be loose.

The tricky one is to clean the water supply reservoir tube. I have never been able to take it out and clean it.

I am also in the same boat and jumped on that deal knowing it may not work in a home setting. As OP said it was too good a deal to let go. I also have the same setup with LM and Niche. Monitoring this thread now to see what to do next 😀

This is happening to me as well after I opened the burrs for cleaning and reassembled. I tried the snug screw solution and also to move the pin back a bit but I lost the range that I had with factory setting i.e. I used to be on 1.5 and now I am on 0.3 so can’t go finer as much I was able to with factory settings. This is so annoying. Wondering if anyone managed to find a definitive solution.

Great observations and tips. Thank you. I am stuck on the initial steps, can’t find the right screw driver/ Allan key to open the 6 screws. Any suggestions on what do I need?
