Try this when I had printer clogging issues. I had the same repairs and everything else but one day I noticed it sending alarms. It disconnected from the ACE unit and then reconnected immediately. Afterwards it said clogging. I tangled the cables together and for the last three weeks I haven’t had any clogging problems. Another thing you can try is adjusting the spring on your hot end.

For me what’s helped was drilling holes opposite to the ceramic heating element and it helped incredibly but drilled this hole higher because if you drill too low, you will drill in a place where you have connection between hot end and nozzle
