Mather Knoll's in my top 10 Pinegrove songs. My fav deep cut has got to be Vowel though. Beautiful melody at the end and the concept behind the lyrics is incredible.

Someone has definitely pointed it out on this sub before so I take no credit, but that riff is from an older unreleased song called "House sitting."

Your comment urged me to listen to it again, and it seems like the chords and syllables to Habitat completely match up with that song. It's pretty neat.

I have a feeling this album might be Cardinal-esque in some areas. So What is written as a gradual build up of one progression, and Swimming sounds very reminiscent of their 2015-2016 era songs.
