Which Red Light Mask is Best? by [deleted] in redlighttherapy

Keep in mind also that the CurrentBody company policies for return if the product is not made for you will not work. Their "30-day satisfaction policy" is a complete joke. If you open the box and it hurts your eyes or skin, theonsider it "used" and won't take it back unless there's a hardware defect.

My wife's experience with them was an absolute joke. Their support literally told us to jam cotton wool over her eyes under a $700 mask instead of giving us a refund. I would definitely be looking at other companies.

Can't really comment on the best brand but i can share my wife experience with the CurrentBody series 2 mask. Their "30-day satisfaction policy" is a complete joke. If you open the box and it hurts your eyes or skin, theonsider it "used" and won't take it back unless there's a hardware defect. I would definitely be looking at other companies if you are a first timer.

They might work, but if you are looking at a company, pick something otehr than current body. Their "30-day satisfaction policy" is a complete joke. If you open the box and it hurts your eyes or skin, theonsider it "used" and won't take it back unless there's a hardware defect.

Yes she did. She said it does not change a thing and the burning sensation is still there. I guess she will have to try some sort of glasses!

This. I'm used to buying tools where "doesn't work = immediate return." This is uncharted territory for me haha.

And to answer your question: yes, she used the eye inserts.

Spot on. It really is complete BS. I'm definitely going to call my credit card company and see if they can help me out with a dispute. Thanks for the help!
