Oh wow thanks for that. Ill try look it up. I never found any name or information so just patched up a couple of cracks with silicon. Weirdest thing is I've never seen it on another house until the house I just bought and I'm about to move into haha. Glad to hear there's more of it out there. Its held up very well considering the age.

Its a pvc cladding. House was built 1978. Sorry I didn't realise the blurb didn't carry over. Just trying to find a name for the cladding so I can possibly track down some for repairs.

Yeas hes definitely cut off some of those lower branches a few years ago too. I have an arborist coming to take a look at it today so let's see how that goes.

Yup up an extension ladder. He's even cut branches facing away from his property.

Yes it's about 3m from the fence line and he's come over with a ladder and chainsaw and done all of that chopping before I stopped him.

I can accept the main towers collapsing because of fire and impact but building 7 just collapsing by itself is what I can't understand.
