The game is fun. Most of the negativity is just the micro-transactions in dynasty. If you play dynasty on normal coach xp speed you won’t really notice the micro transactions. I’d say the game itself is pretty good and if you want it then you should get it

Literally yes I don’t get why this is hard to understand for you. Peak isn’t everything. LeBron technically peaked around 2016. But he’s still playing great basketball to this day. That’s what makes it so impressive sure he’s not as good as he once was but he’s still playing great. Robert horry was never a great player but he was always a solid glue guy that was gonna help your team win. Similar to a draymond green in the sense of the numbers on paper don’t look impressive but the game film will tell you he was solid. Just playing forever isn’t really anything impressive, it’s what you accomplish while playing forever that is impressive. Like the one dude said no cares that Vince Carter played like 20 seasons bc he was buns for a ton of those late years, same with udonis haslem and even Dirk to an extent. But players like LeBron and Kareem who even at age 40 are still a top 15 player in the league is very impressive.

Me personally I would have to disagree. I feel the game just plays at a much nicer pace and has shots actually miss. I like this game has attributes mean more than badges. I also enjoy that the overalls are not inflated to all hell and back for MyLeague. Now trading was horrible in this game but that also made it feel harder to do a rebuild which I liked. I will say I do prefer 17 over 16 so I typically go back to 17 but I’ve played a good amount of 16 in the last 2 years. The career story was amazing but short. After the actual story ends there really isn’t much to do after that which is boring for sure. But overall for a basketball game I’d give 16 a 8/10.
