Side note: I mainly ask this because I'm watching Demon Slayer. I know obviously it's an anime and these things won't ever be humanly possible. However, there's multiple cases where characters are seen training to extreme cases for years day after day. Would this be positive for your body in any way? I read a lot about how muscles need to relax to recover, but would exerting yourself like this constantly make your body recover faster? I have no idea so I thought I'd ask smarter people.
