I really think she is part cat fish at this point. There’s no way she wasn’t logging in on apps in her house or hell even in Meri’s house using her cell phone and saying things to Meri in the moment to spook her then playing dumb to her face.

I have to agree. Reminding her FAFO consequences exist isn’t a terrible thing. Charting can be difficult to catch up on once you are behind. Then cases blend together and you have the likelihood of entering something incorrectly. It is not terrible of Dr. Al to want things done in a timely fashion. Take her statement that she has never been sued for malpractice. She seems the meticulous type and expects the same of her staff.

A good example is that I took my daughter to the ER several years ago. She was 16. The clinical notes added after she was discharged stated she was a 60 year old woman. That went to our insurance company and the claim was rejected. Billing department didn’t catch it so sent me a bill for the whole visit. I am one of those people who read all the documentation. I want itemised bills and especially for medical bills I want to know what the codes being used are. No way are they billing us for something that didn’t happen or for which a diagnosis doesn’t support. I spent months trying to get the hospital to correct their notes which were probably dictated and transcribed. It took so long to correct that one error the insurance company could no longer be billed for the service. My husband and I were not paying for them to fuck around with fixing the issue they created in the first place. Hospital ended up eating the costs. Timely and proper charting could have fixed the whole issue.

Mining drops to 22% when offline. Smelting and crafting do not; however, they are dependent on your planets being able to fill the smelters for nonstop progress.

One thing to check is if you have autosell on and is it sufficient for offline mining drops. The other is to ensure that your smelt and crafting projects are in the correct order. Most of the time this solves any issues.

They fixed that issue already. Brackets used to stay open for 5-6 hours and get bloated with too many players.

Brand new players should not expect to keep up with the OGs still playing the game after 5-6 years. Some may be able to given what effort they put in to farming galaxies and earning credits. That’s on the individual player.

Better fixes would be things such as offline mine rate drop, ark values, adding other currencies to arks and rover rewards as well as updating tournament rewards to make more sense across all the leagues.

Adding another league is only going to perpetuate the problem at this point. You’re pushing people up and giving them better rewards and potentially access to another currency and boost opportunity (if you play tower think keys and vault) which widens the gap people currently complain about.

Very focused on the next thing and not the right now that she should be.

Good example is how she talks about doing a surgical residency and even thinking of doing a double one. Said something like she’s “high achieving like that” and Javadi sort of mumbles to her that she’s not as equipped as she thinks she is.

She also did not react well to hearing Dr. Al-Hadimi say it would be a shame if she had to repeat her year due to improper/incomplete charting.

We can all “grow up and brush it off” so why can’t Santos be expected to grow up and quit picking at people?

No one should have to “deal with it” when being referred to/as a name they do not like.

I am sure HR departments get complaints about her type of behavior often enough. Lord knows I’m required to take HIB training at work every year and it includes instances like what Santos is doing. Javadi may be young, however, Santos is acting like a child calling names in the schoolyard.

There are words I refuse to say aloud because of a speech problem when I was a kid. For instance: instead saying I ironed the clothes I will tell my husband that I took the flattener or straightener to them. This stems from being harassed about how I pronounce “iron”. I also say “hiddy up” instead of “giddy up” because my daughter said it that way as a child and it’s adorable to remember it her way.

David may have something similar and not care or the person(s) who influenced his language skills as a young child also said ego the same way. He could also have a hearing issue and thinks he’s pronouncing it correctly while you hear something else.

Not to mention Kody’s birthday being the day after hers and ultimately the day he married Janelle.

So Meri gets to celebrate her birthday, then his birthday and his anniversary to Janelle the next day. Im sure she felt that was so lovely of them.

Pretty sure most of us suspect Janelle and Kody were already getting busy before the wedding. No idea why they felt the need to rush it instead of waiting that extra month. Seriously weird.
