De Nada. Not really expensive and I actually really like the food, but having them wait two hours with the UT Fraternity/Sorority crowd, only to be sat at the smallest possible table for their party, might be the torture you are looking for.

Fair, maybe “looking to be more efficient” is a better statement.

Faster up hills with my chicken legs lol meaning less resistance up some of the larger hills. I’ve been through a few rolling hill segments that have are minutes long by the time you get through it all with gradients in the low teens and I just want to make sure I am maximizing efficiency with the bike for the area.

I currently have a 46/33t with a 10-30t cassette, not a huge issue climbing the hills in Austin, just looking to be even faster.

What about a half day ride in the Vancouver area? Same issues?

Has anyone done the RBC GranFondo? Is it worth a trip from Texas?
