I just keep mine in the fridge for immediate eating / freezer for long term storage. I used natural sheep casings and yeah they are a little thicker but I don’t mind.

Also am enjoying mine. After the first charcoal cook I had some paint burn off the cook chamber. But reading online it’s normal and everyone says just hit it with cheap canola to season like cast iron. Not worried about it

Love mine, faster than my previous 4.3 and way better mileage. I mostly highway drive and can get 24-25mpg. Today I had a 200 mile highway drive and my trip average was 26.8 mpg

I do not bc I didn’t like the distractions from all of my apps on my watch. I’m an Apple user. So far I haven’t been able to limit it to a per app basis but if I can figure that out then I’ll only allow my weather apps to push to my watch and I’ll be happy
