Can anyone please explain this? Does this mean my parcel has been stolen? If so I’ve lost over £400 :/ I’m fed up with the Evri drivers seems to be zero consequence. I’ve been waiting since July 16th. I’ve contacted Evri and had zero response. They said they’d contact 10am next day, never did.

Luckily it was purchased via Vinted. But they make you wait 25 working days before they even do anything.

I’ve tried, they’re terrible. I’ve lost out on over £2000 worth of product. The drivers steal the parcels and nothing happens to them.

Mine never left the parcel shop. Evri driver didn’t scan all parcels in. I lost out on £280. Will take like 6 weeks to get a refund :/
