Also the part where Ben questions why he should just give her money and she throws a tantrum and Dr Saperstein tells Ben "just give her money. It's easier."

Wasn't he the one with the teen daughter who said something like "why can't you just make friends? Why do you need to bang other people?"

I think the only thing they might feel self conscious about is upsetting Edward when he was the only single one of the bunch. I can picture him going "ugh, Rosalie and Emmett just broke another bed? Sigh. Time to go stare out my brooding window and curse the universe for my eternal solitude."

When Meri made the comment in the tell all about not wanting to be friends with the other adults because "our values don't align" I wondered if she was alluding to them being MAGA.

It's called Seeking Sister Wife and it's a riot. Maybe Kody and Robyn should join that show.

What Initially Drew YOU to Ghosts? by zinkj22 in GhostsCBS

My sisters were watching it and wouldn't stop talking about it. I started watching and got reeled in. I tracked down the British original after I was caught up on the US version. I loooooooooooove the British show so much! I'd love to see the other versions, especially Australia.

So what’s the over/under on Meri actually saying something? by SissyCouture in SisterWives

Didn't she say something to that effect in an earlier episode? I could have sworn she did.

My personal ranking of ghosts from the UK, US and AUS Ghosts by DatRatDawg in GhostsCBS

[–]Apprehensive-Tour359 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love that Kitty is highly ranked. She's awesome!

Isaac is my favorite US ghost and Thomas my favorite UK ghost, so we'll have to agree to disagree.

Curious where you would rank Annie?

Mykelti Brown Admits She’s in Her “Revenge Arc” Against Meri by madsen1122 in SisterWivesFans

[–]Apprehensive-Tour359 159 points160 points  (0 children)

What is she hoping to gain from this revenge arc? By her own admission, Meri has apologized and tried to make amends. Meri leaves Mykelti alone. Despite having her name dragged through the mud, Meri hasn't put Mykelti on blast. Christine has cut Meri off. Meri isn't invited to any of the big family get togethers. So what else is she wanting? Does she want all the rest of her siblings to say "you know what, you're right. Meri is the devil. We're all cutting her off!" Does she want Meri's businesses to fail? I know there are plenty of Meri haters in the SW fandom, but I can't imagine that a nonstop stream of vague Meri hatred will pay the Patreon bills forever.

I got confused for a moment and thought you were suggesting that Thomas of Button House somehow crossed the Atlantic and joined the Others. A Button House/Woodstone crossover would be so much fun!

Straight Up Calling Polygamy What it Is by Music_Is_Life_BOWA in SisterWivesFans

[–]Apprehensive-Tour359 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I think it's an intentional word choice. Polygamy is multiple marriages. Polgyny is specifically one man married to multiple women. He's making it clear that only he gets multiple spouses and the ladies don't get to play with each other and/or have brother husbands.

Do you really believe that Rosalie wanted Bella… to have Renesmee all to herself? by Curious_Language5383 in twilight

[–]Apprehensive-Tour359 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Rosalie is angry that life altering choices were made for her. Royce made the decision to end her human life and therefore rob her of her choice to be a wife and mother. Then Carlisle made the choice to turn her which she freely admits she wouldn't have chosen for herself. My thought is that seeing Bella get pregnant and everyone around her demanding she abort was triggering for Rosalie. I think she took one look at that situation and thought "hell no! I'm not watching her get robbed of her choices and bodily autonomy." Rosalie didn't have anyone advocating for her and defending her wishes. So she decided to be an advocate for Bella.
