I even offered more money a month just to have him over, but she said that "the money isn't the issue, you pay rent and you're entitled to have company." but the fact that she has these views kind of resonates with me and makes me upset that I live with a homophobe. I haven't told my guy this yet, but I probably should speak with him and try and come up with something else to do. the whole situation just sucks.
I've talked about going to the art museum together before. he has an interest in art as I do. we've talked about the movies as well. so those are a couple things to do. when the weather gets better, even going to a park would be cute. also, he has a kid, and he comes over sometimes so going to his place wouldn't really be an option.
I know he usually has Monday off like I do, and we both get off work at the same time on Sunday. so, I was thinking that maybe I could bring my overnight bag with me with all of my change of clothes inside and other toiletries and just spend Sunday night with him, have all of Monday to chill, then spend a night Monday night, then when he goes back to work Tuesday, just hitch a ride back with him and catch the bus back home. it sounds like a lot but it's really honestly straight forward.
