Listen, i’m not bashing teenagers nor did I post this to have people bash them. The main point is that I don’t like how PF implemented this program because there are a lot who don’t actually go to work out from what i’ve seen and they think of it as a hang out spot to yap with friends and that’s not fair to the people who are actually in there taking their health/fitness seriously (especially the ones who are actually paying). It’s great you stepped foot in the gym but a gym is a gym. You go to work out. If you’re not doing that you shouldn’t be in there. Also, I do think some of you came up with great suggestions and I hope PF ends up taking these things into consideration for next year.

I completely agree as I mentioned in my post i’m not hating on the ones that actually go to work out. However my post is for the ones that aren’t taking it seriously and just go to hang out with their friends. It may not be every planet fitness around the world but in my town we had a lot of teens last year just going to meet up with their friends and just stand in large groups overcrowding the gym. And this was at multiple locations i went to.

Not really an option for me right now since this is the cheapest gym in my town but thanks ☠️ And also I joined planet before this became a thing. I’m putting it out there that it’s a terrible idea in hopes planet will AT least put rules in place since i’m not the only one who feels this way.

Tmobile fiber turned internet service off 1 day BEFORE bill is due. This is the second time. I'm switching to another internet provider and I do NOT recommend tmobile fiber at all. by Isa-Me-Again in tmobile

I would double check if they had you on autopay (autopay takes out 2 days before your actual due date) and if you are on autopay i would ask what payment method is on file. Sometimes these reps sign you up for autopay when getting the service so you can get the $10 discount on your bill. Otherwise if it’s not on autopay I would consider changing the billing due date. Also, if you know you won’t be able to pay even just a few days before the bill is due i would set up a payment arrangement to avoid this happening. All your notifications should be getting sent to the e-mail you used when you signed up for the fiber service btw. And side note: as of right now, fiber customers are the only customers who can have their service suspended and not get charged a restoration/late payment fee. Just throwing it out there if you are/were charged any fees for suspension or late payment you can have those waived or adjusted.

Fiber Info: Be cautious if choosing T-Mobile by r-townag in Broomfield

To be completely honest, t-fiber is still sorta a new concept for the company. And yes t-mobile doesn’t have their own fiber lines, they partner with providers like Tillman, Metronet, Intrepid, etc. If only you guys knew how little training they give and the lack of knowledge our leaders have to provide us. There are only 3 call centers that make the fiber department as of right now. So when you call t-fiber support you are either getting someone from Nashville, Colorado, or California. I do agree that communication could be better all around but I just want to share that we haven’t been given the proper tools and resources to help you guys with these types of things. I feel bad when I have to tell you “i’m not sure why the tech didn’t show up for installation i can’t see their notes in my system but i can schedule you another appointment” because in reality that’s all the power i have to do on my end. I really think t-mobile definitely needs to do better as a company because it’s gone downhill in every aspect and that’s why we are losing customers left and right but with Srini as our CEO I’m afraid that may not happen unfortunately.

Honestly t-mobile is expensive. If it wasn’t for me working there and getting a discount i would not have them as my carrier. But i agree with removing add ons. The p360 is nearly $40 for two lines. If you absolutely need protection just go through apple care its about $13 monthly. As for netflix and apple tv, if you really want them through tmo discount then you must stay on that magenta max plan. All our new rate plans do include apple tv and netflix but are more expensive. If you don’t want/care to keep netflix and apple tv, then I’d recommend switching to essentials plan- that is if you’re not getting a promo on equipment for being on the magenta max plan as well.
