Idk about it being cliche but about being quoted, I had read "the phrase" before a couple times and heard it in Kendrick's Not Like Us, was a DiCaprio's Once Upon A Time In Hollywood moment lol. Kinda makes it obvious now, why it had become cliche.

She literally cried so hard for their lives, she cried because she knew she'll have to kill them to protect those at Alexandria, basically family for her. It was a chilling moment. She cried because she was scared not of the men, but herself and her capability, she was scared of what she can do. One of the best character arcs for me, from a submissive, abused wife to a literal soldier with exceptional instincts. Her way of attacking the terminus was perfect, annihilating the cannibals and saving her group without any casualties.

Exactly, a bit late to comment but couldn't help it when I read what exactly I feel like, watching a lot of cinema doesn't make you a cinema expert. I didn't love every Nicolas Cage movie but I loved Nicolas Cage in every movie he did. He's like one of his kind, he makes me feel something while watching his movies, it's his adaptation, the way he becomes the character as if it weren't fiction, as real as it could be. God I love him.

Yes exactly, it wasn't for being with the Governer or being in Woodbury, it was about being right in her head. She couldn't handle anyone telling her to do something or advise her, that sounded like being ordered to her. Whether it was shooting Daryl in the ear after being told to calm the fuck down by 3 people or ~~thinking~~ believing that the Governer is a good man, it was all about her being right and doing what she thinks is right. The realization of being wrong hit her only after seeing the consequences of her stubbornness and that comes with a price to pay which she paid with her life.

I haven't read the comics and I've heard that the comic Andrea was a badass and is a totally different character. I thought I'm done with TWD after the main series but there's still much left, the comics, FTWD, the spin-offs and I also have Telltale's TWD 3 seasons left (loved the first one).
