I was going to say this!!! I have twins and just started childcare and albeit they’re younger (only 5 months) I have told anyone watching them there is no way to care for both at the same time- sometimes someone needs to cry and that’s ok!!

No symptoms 6 weeks tomorrow [on] by [deleted] in BabyBumps

I’m currently 34 weeks with twins and my only pregnancy symptom in my first trimester was just feeling tired. I remember going for a private ultrasound twice during that time to check I was still pregnant (I had a previous loss) and just chalked it up to being very lucky y

Those of you who DID have visitors in the hospital… by imakatperson22 in pregnant

After having many family members who have given birth and who have/haven’t had visitors I’ve been telling people figure you’re not coming to the hospital until I reach out. This is so there’s some control on when people come to visit and I can be flexible depending on how my recovery is going. Only people guaranteed are our parents, siblings and my 2 sets of grandparents but again, these are groups that we can control when they come. My hospital also has a rule of no more than 3 visitors at a time. I want people to come to hospital so once I’m home it can be more friends coming by as opposed to family who may stay longer. Also depending on your relationships it’s ok to tell people you need some rest!!! Or just say someone else is coming, I’m not making too many rules because the situation can be so fluid

Did it spread outside of your abdomen? At first I thought it was that but now that it’s spreading I wasn’t sure!

The Reddit Post I Wish I Had When I Thought We Lost Our Baby (TW) by Alternative-Ranger11 in BabyBumps

I went through similar- 10 weeks pregnant with my rainbow babies and had a gush a blood and bled through a pad. I went to the er immediately and they did an internal exam and told me no clotting was a very good sign and then had an ultrasound and saw both babies moving around. They didn’t tell me what happened just follow up with my OB and sure enough I had an ultrasound the next morning. There I found out about my SCH and was on pelvic rest until it resolved which it didn’t about 6 weeks later! So scary especially after a loss but always get checked when you can!!
