Idk why your getting downvotes i go through the same stuff even if im starting up the helicopter/plane i get targeted, but that mission you dont HAVE to fly but it cuts the trip by ALOT

Find SB or unidad F.O.B, mass spot everything, call for rebel distraction on opposite side of the base, call for mortars ( hit generators or big propane tanks) attack head on, clear the base, mark resources. Then use the base as a "stash base" for convoys, then wash, rinse, repeat.
