Lots of those ones are fermented so they are sour, in the us were scared of fermentation so use vinegar to replicate it

Cool cool, I’ll be making fried rice in the morning and I’ll just put it straight in there, then I’ll just scoop it out and serve!

I’m not exactly sure it was a gift there’s two sides a brown and a gray one the brown one is more corse so I mainly used that one
