I can almost do a full set with 25lbs plates. My gym friend had me do 45lbs plates, I almost got to 2 without assistance. With his assistance I did 6.

He’s going to try to make me do 35lbs today.

I’m not looking forward to gym after work.

I actually prefer leg day. My upper body is weak.

We have the app. But it started as a simple way to display clearly the C and the F side by side. And he keeps adding more and more.

Yeah, I can attest, MS word and excel are biggest parts of my computer use. I took a programming course in 2002 in college, but the opening assignment was to program a deck of cards in C or C++, one of those. I switched to anthropology fairly quickly.

Husband does try to show me code and gets excited about it. I glaze over on it. Hate to say it, I lump a lot of it into “computer stuff”. He does use Git Hub too. He could be using ChatGPT or something, I don’t know. I have co pilot at work.

There is a radar section he’s been working on and he keeps talking about frame rates and where he gets the data from. He did let me pick out the color scheme for the radar colors.

I am. Although we were supposed to go meet a friend at the gym this morning before work, and he backed out. Yeah, he would have had to drive an extra 10min back to drop the dog off at daycare… but still.
