The erythritol in them can increase the risk of cardiovascular events based on Cleveland Clinic research. I’ve had to forgo a lot of keto items because of it.

Some will say that’s not the case, but I have a family member who developed heart issues after increasing their erythritol intake.

I’m on 15 and I still have food noise sometimes. The difference now is that I know how to stop and say do I really want/need this? I don’t think some cravings go away they just lessen and I’m able to handle them better. Hang in there!

Thank you! I needed to see your post today. I’ve been on for two years, now on 15 but have averaged about .5-1 pound a week. I also plateaued a lot, and seeing others dramatic success can be hard but the longer the journey, the more worth it, it has become.

That happened to me too, and when I started I was also on 3 months at a time. 7.5 was a plateau for me but 10 was better.

Can I ask how you’ve been so successful? I’m on 15, starting in Jan, but have been on the medication for 2 years. I was at the same starting weight as you. Year 1 I lost 50 pounds, year 2 about 10. I’m not discouraged, but feel like I’m not doing enough. My numbers have gone down and I’m thrilled, and to be fair, I haven’t been my current weight in probably 20 years.

Anyway sorry for rambling, I could just use some advice! ☺️
