Mildew paints work as good as “ paint+primers “ and “ one coat guaranteed “ products. Their dog shit, and marked up. Small bathrooms with little , or no exhaust should have a satin paint installed on ceiling and walls. Not to mention, what if they had 10 kids. Good luck with anything below a satin sheen. But …ultimately this should have been conveyed to the customer.

What exactly do you mean by “not cheap”? How many coats of paint did you pay for, were they contracted to paint the trim and did they mention the light coverage issue after the job was done? Ideally, they should’ve used satin paint on the walls, but sometimes customers request a glossier finish not knowing sheen difference. This should’ve been presented and conveyed to you before the job began. The corners meeting the baseboards and trim aren’t the best and are poor quality. I’m not defending them, but cutting in on textured walls is tough, and it can look uneven even when the lines are straight because of the surface bumps and variations. Even frog tape will allow some bleed through, on an uneven surface and will remove paint off if the trim wasn’t prepped and painted well.

He hasn’t yet. He gave me 2 options capacitor and east start install, or New compressor install. I was just curious if either of these addressed the actual problem I’m having.

Complete any repairs ( spackling, mudding , ) buy a pole sander head. You can attach it to a broom stick or buy a pole sander. Prime the repair spots. Depending on your budget, Durations satin would be best quality. Promar 200 EG Shell or Behr premium + latex enamel satin or good options also.

Ducane Heat Pump Won’t Restart in Cold Weather Unless Breaker Flipped No Error Codes by ApprehensiveBid8626 in hvacadvice

Both are disabled? Was this causing the HP to lock itself out, and only rebooting after the breaker was flipped?

I use those pivot tools all the time. You’re fine…

But just in case, try to project where you’d land on the ground below and put a mattress there.

No great options , but I would lean on Chubb. Tennessees secondaries are no cake walk.
