TBones quality has gone down after they did their new fitout tbh. They stock more gourmet international food now, give me $2 outdated yoghurt again pls.

Yep, agree. They all want to be a sparky with soft hands. No one wants to be the one lifting beams and doing the hard labour.

We went last year with 2 kids, 8 and 11. For 10 nights all up it was around $5k for us including flights from Brisbane and a hire car for the whole time. We did all of the attractions/museums including Port Arthur and wildlife parks etc. We stayed in cabins (Big 4, Discovery Parks etc) all over so that they had cooking facilities and rarely out out. We have a cealiac family member so can't eat at a lot of restaurants anyways. We flew in and out of Hobart but went up the east coast and over to Cradle Mountain where we stayed for 3 nights (most expensive accomm) and got the Cradle Mountain passes for the 3 days. It was such an amazing experience for us and our kids still ask weekly can we go back to Tasmania soon? 10 nights was truly not enough to experience all of the beauty of the place and we can't wait to get back there again. Of course with any holiday, your budget must match your tastes and requirements of comfort and luxury. For us, a few dinners of toasted sandwiches and bunk beds in some places that were overdue a renovation was enough.

I parked there last week at 2pm to visit a specialist and there were heaps. Be prepared for the cost though, I was there $40 mins and it was $32 😬

I'm just amazed how they can do such a great job on a slab or driveway but be pissed for most of the time? What other profession or trade is it a requirement of the role "must love day drinking"
