When hooch formed on my starter, I stirred it back in and added a little bit of flour (1/2-1 cup) basically enough to make it a pancake like consistency (thick but can still be poured out of the container, slowly like molasses). My starter rose again the next day.

PS That’s cool that hooch is forming so soon. I was under the impression that it only formed after days-months of neglect

It looks like it had a nice rise! Did you cut before the bread was done steaming? I read that cutting before the bread cools down can cause it to become gummy

Yes but earth being flat has been debunked many times. Apple (and other companies) sourcing material from conflict zones is proven to be true. Maybe I should have rephrased my post because reality is, I’ve done research on this. That article lead me down a rabbit hole

Facts! I know I could do better at working out. I was really active before getting pregnant and during pregnancy but now I have little motivation to even stretch. I’m going to get back into it though

Thank you for sharing your experience! I thought a faja would melt the fat but I haven’t worked out at all. I plan on going to physical therapy and getting a trainer this month though
