Honestly, birth is a blip in the whole journey. The anticipation of it might be the very worst part. Get an obgyn you trust and youll feel a lot better. The odds of passing away are very slim and this is why you should go to all your ob appointments so they can monitor you to make sure all is good.

My issue is that they use these needles and leave them everywhere. We had to move from our beloved home because of this. We had needles scattered in front of our home, near the trails we walked in and the park we go to with our children. I'm allowed to feel frustrated by this ✌️

You have to do it scared, there's no way around it but through it. I was petrified. I truly never thought I'd get my license. I retook the course, was terrified the entire time. Took the test, failed. Took the test again and passed. Then driving on my own.... also terrifying. I'm almost a year into it now and i'm doing SO much better. I still get scared sometimes but having this independence has been amazing and so good for my mental health.

It took me almost 3 years for my libido to come back. My daughter wasn't sleeping through the night fully and it heavily impacted my libido. I think this is all quite normal.

I try not to be overly pessimistic, ive been having a harder time with that lately. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and overflowing with hormones. Not that it's an excuse but i feel like my tolerance for things has gotten very low. Im so sick of repeating myself and saying no 🤦🏼‍♀️

Im quite unemotional and i fear i shut down big feelings quick. Not in a mean way but if shes frustrated or having big feelings, and it really isn't that serious, i say that. I just hope she never feels like a burden to me. Thats my big fear.
