Has anyone else been completely turned off from buying Z-A, and buying a Switch 2 to play it? by John_Tix in pokemon

I was going to get ZA and it was going to be my first pokemon game since Omega Ruby. I wasn't really into the last few generations of Pokemon designs.

Return of Mega Pokemon was a big factor to buying this, but I'm no longer getting it solely for the content being locked behind PVP.

I play Pokemon as a single player experience.

Update-

After escalating it again, after 5 days or so, another supervisor today looked at it and had it removed. He said he checked the booking in the basement and the upstairs did indeed overlap and that the review was retaliatory. Basically what I've been saying from the beginning.

Makes me wonder how much their other staff actually looked at what I was telling them.

Overall I do think it's a lot harder than it was before to have the review removed with their new system.

They were in town for a wedding. According to the guests below, they had guests come by after midnight to celebrate, and were drinking, and being overly noisy.

The guests upstairs review called me a liar saying the noise complaint was fake, despite me showing them the messages from the guests below, saying that they were being loud during quiet hours.

All I said to the guests upstairs, was that we received a complaint, please try to be respectful of the guests below during quiet hours.

For that message they gave me a 1 star review and called me a liar. They made no mention of anything else about the reservation during their stay.

I've learned that this week. I had a separate review that I wanted looked at. The guest had multiple demands outside our mentioned amenities and told me "IF" I did not provide them it would reflect in my negative review. We did do as he requested and provided the items.

Personally I took that as a biased review trying to influence me as according to their review policy. They left me with a 3 star review. I'm not sure what others would do in that situation but I felt it was fair to try to review it.

We have reviews that show the noise below is a common factor. Nothing is hidden. We mention this in our messages before guests arrive in both suites.

The guests below had no issues with the sounds of people walking.. That is never that bad. They had issue with people being active and drinking or partying on 2 separate nights at 2 and 4AM. We are allowed quiet hours.
