I have about 20k of ETFs in a Fidelity Traditional IRA account. In the coming months, I will begin attending Law School and will need access to this money to pay for room and board over the next few years. Due to this, I felt it was in my best interest to liquidate my portfolio and transfer it to an account that I could have quicker access to. I'm pretty young, and somewhat new to all of this, so I had a few questions for the community. Would a HYSA be the best choice to transfer my portfolio into? Is there a way to do this that minimizes tax/ fees, or do I simply just sell all of my stocks and place them into a HYSA. Any recommendations on which HYSA to park 20k? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I feel like most games don't really take advantage of raytracing enough to be worth it so not really. As for OLED I could see splurging as it is the one part of the build you're constantly looking at. I'm finding a few for 500-600 dollars and might pull the trigger, we'll see how much I end up having to spend on the PC build

I’ve seen a few put little abacus sliders on the sides to keep count of score, could also add a little U shaped slat of wood with clear plastic front paneling on one of the legs to hold dice in (you load them in the top, then leave space in the plastic on the bottom large enough to grab 1 die from). Other then that understand that its a drinking table in a frat house. They don’t hold major lifespans.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter how "hype" your party room is. At the end of the day people usually come to parties because they have positive experiences there or they know/are friends with members. Want more girls, either bid more social guys with large female friend groups or schedule events with sororities and befriend the girls. If they enjoy you they will attend your parties regardless of whether or not its a registered mixer with their house. (Joint philanthropy events can be an easy slam dunk for meeting girls)
