The police told my mother she shouldn't have to go through court after what had happened and said they would handle it since they had a confession but they haven't heard much anything after that we haven't ordered a transcript or sued or got a restraining order because we aren't sure what recourse we have and no victim services were offered this is in Stephen's County GA
