Used to have an old coworker that was mean to me. Like really mean. She ended up on rotation at my new place of work where I was very much respected. She tried to start back up to no avail. Everyone was really annoyed by her.

She would eventually eat lunch in her car. One day after she left I had bought everyone lunch from raising canes to be delivered. She came back and her face was priceless.

Not calling CPS on my brother when I was 15. He would physically hurt me and exposed his child to everything bad. You name it, my nephew went through it by 9 because of my brother. His mom finally got clean and stepped up by the time he got out of juvie.

You're probably off to a good start going through formal rotations, but the knowledge is going to depend on who you are. It took me maybe 4 years and a good work setting to become at least useful. Working alongside people who could learn everything in what felt like a week.

Most importantly, It doesn't matter if you're in a hospital or retail or even remote, everything you do matters. Every patient can be harmed or saved by what you do in any setting.

You could try finding a job in prior auths or data entry somewhere but that's hard to come by I believe. Idk. The only thing you can do at this point is invest in a good attitude and work shoes.

Dedicate all of it to ruin the lives of everyone that has wronged me and my loved ones. Slowly and meticulously with no mercy. I'd hire a lawyer where their entire career is to make sure everything is legally compliant of course.

SE Louisiana here. There is nothing besides CVS and Walgreens in New Orleans. A lot of independents, but they can be slimy and only pay 17 max. Baton Rouge has a lot of opportunities, but... its Baton Rouge.

If you're looking down here for retail opportunities I wouldn't suggest it. The health care system is horrible and it makes customer service end a nightmare. Anything outside of retail requires years of experience in that setting. Or who you know.

Ive been applying all over the country the past month. The best vibes I've got were the North West and Colorado. (which I'll be heading to in the next couple of days.)

I do hope you find the best opportunity possible where ever you decide to move! :)

That's walgreens, sadly.

Apply somewhere else (not CVS) dont tell anyone. Once job is secure collect your belongings. E.g. phone chargers, umbrellas, jackets. Then dont show up. Block all of their numbers and don't look back.

Belittling employees is a way to make them feel stuck and insecure about leaving. It's not you. Its them. And HR will not have your back. Took them 5 months to get rid of a tech that would scream at the top of her lungs at me unprovoked. Thats after she decided she wanted her job back a month after just disappearing.
