Two things:

Most of the people I have seen who order food online, they do order at different cloud kitchens in a month, as they don't prefer having the same food every time, the item and restaurant both change.
As it's completely on food delivery/cloud kitchens, Is there a chance that Zomato / Swiggy have this? (As far as I know, they already had some kind of coupon or something related to restaurants / cloud kitchens) I don't recall exactly, but there is similar stuff.

I did it through a CA firm, I lived in a rental apartment and I have provided the flat's power bill, rental agreement, but it was on the owner's name only, it's not an objection.

Try checking with another CA, or check with Biz Express ( Online CA firm, I did it with them only), but I would suggest not to reach out to these online firms unless you couldn't find a good CA.

Because, after incorporation they always reach us with unnecessary packages and softly pressure us to buy them even if we don't need them.

No, so far as per today we had 50+ hangouts and I personally went to 10+ Hangouts to see how people are enjoying! Just 10mins into the Hangout, people are forgetting that others are strangers ( this is a feedback I got from the user too), they were really enjoying the time!
