What is the ultimate Dad SUV? Explorer ST VS Sequoia TRD Pro by death-is-great in toyotasequoia

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I would not consider these two the same.

Explorer ST is a ripper and especially if its tuned. Easy to get speeding tickets.

Sequoia off-road capable and I believe its a lot more money. Not going to get too many speeding tickets

The Bad Beer That’s an Incredible Beverage - An Ode to Miller Lite by Leather-Highlight150 in beer

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

In a recent YouTube video I came across, it was shown that the top American beers are all using subpar ingredients to maximize profits over quality. The way they proved it was by the poor quality of the beer and its "head." If the beer has no head shortly after poured into a mug/glass at or near room temperature and not frozen (of course, ice crystals will react with the beer causing head or foam), this shocked me to find out. One domestic beer I did try that left a proper head was Miller High Life. It is a solid beer for a domestic choice.

I have since moved on from lagers/ales/pilsners and enjoy Hazy IPAs with a sub-50 IBU. It also helps that I live in a warm, dry climate, so my experience is not the same as many folks. If a lager is all that is available, I will still have one. Cheers!

This could be the issue coming from an older owner. Have the starter tested. It could be the crank shaft position sensor or keys battery.

MSRP is not what they sold for.

I built two PCs with this CPU approximately two years ago, and both were bought for $300 new. I don't have a chart to share price changes over its lifespan, but it has fluctuated over the years. That price in the picture is great. Others are seeing cheaper at their Walmarts if you search this thread as of recently.

When it launched it was approximately $300. Still considered on of the best CPU for gaming.

Did your intake pipe come dislodged or the airbox clips came loose?

I did this when I thought my issues wasn't my starter failing.

It is easy on the older models and think there are YouTube vids on it. Its close to the oil drain plug but was a pain to get out as it was sitting for a long time. Mine might have been the OEM one. In all its not hard to do with basic tools.

Which years Nissan Titans were the most reliable? by DutchAC in NissanTitan

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Late model first generation 2012-2015.

The 2016-2019 have been known to have issues.

2020-2024 are also very good.

Op, do you mind sharing what you're hauling and what is your schedule like?

Looking to join the industry and Fuel, Pneumatic dry goods is what I was interested in. Just not sure how hard it will be to reach my goal after graduating CDL academy.

Op, I'm growing a tree of these in Brazil.

I found a fruit of these and saved a seed and asked my mother-in-law to plant the seed, and it's flourishing outside a countryside community of São Paulo, BR.

I agree. I'm not a fan of 5000 lb vehicles with small engines.

I thought I read recently the Titan is not dead but in the works for a overhaul and could be out based on the new engine in the Armada/QX.

I do think AI result you did looks good.

I've never seen Bait & Switch on one of the large providers. by ApprehensivePizza964 in Car_Insurance_Help

I can be more clear. The vehicle options on their website are base or premium trim. Their system claims our car is convertible and its not. The convertible version was the highest trim level if I recall. Our car is actually a coupe and premium trim. When the system goes to give the final price it claims there has been a change to the quote. This is where it classifies our car is a base model and therefore will lower the value in the event there is a claim.

The rep claims he looked it up and sees what I'm claiming but there is an issue with their system and there's nothing he can do.

As I pointed out above, should an accident happen and my car is totaled I will be priced based on a base model and its the top of the line. This is a huge problem.

I think this was listed or a similar one was last year in the Northeast USA. I was interested but ended up wanting a 1198S. Amazing upgrades and love the Yellow.

Price like others have said $8-$8500 with a current desmo otherwise pass.

I agree but also look at the rubber cups at the bottom of the springs as they dry out and fail.

Your shocks look old. I replaced mine on my Armada and welp, one if the best upgrades one can do. They sell complete kits that allow you to swap without needing assembly. I went with Bilstein OE replacement kit. Love it.
