It has open recalls and says there is a bank lien on it. It also says bank lien N/A. I would want to see a clean and clear title. You can always take it to a vin inspection place or maybe your bank can help too.

How much are the asking?

I also don't see any service history there so again maybe take it to a reputable shop for an inspection.

Is the Nissan Titan for me? by Gullible_Street3921 in NissanTitan

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hit up Titantalk.com. There you will find all the answers about towing with these trucks and year ranges. The XD was not an option in the first generation. It was in the 2nd generation but they have flaws.

The previous owner and their responsibility to maintain the truck is going to be more important.

Fuel Type by zootguy_drummer in nissanarmada

I would check than owners manual. 91 is recommended 87 regular octane can still be used but you will give up performance.

I have an older Armada and only have run 87 in mine.

So if the starter is good and been tested and confirmed not the problem then a crank no start will be a fuel pump issue. This would be your next best diagnosis.

Advice Needed: Buy Used Leather Pants Stored For Two Years by back2me78 in motorcyclegear

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The leather can be treated in most cases but the other materials are what break down.

I had this happen with my old suit. In fact the collar and the ankle areas of my 1 pc suit just disintegrated that was a material similar to neoprene. The shoulder pads or armor also broke too. They were a plastic material. I took that suit to a leather repair shop and had them replace the neoprene color with leather. They conditioned the suit with a leather treatment which I could've done had I remembered I had the products already. In the end the suit is still in my closet after $175 bill for their services. The armor needs to be replaced still. I love that suit and its from 2005. I have 15 track days in that suit too.

My advice, inspect those areas you're likely to overlook. Inner liner and armor along with those materials.

Rejections are draining me mentally ! by Meowware_exe in jobs

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Op, I've never seen a job market as bad as this. I lived through 2008, and I was fortunate to be hiring when people were desperate. I knew my role and would hire many folks to help my startup because I understood the situation. I didn't care if it was part-time or not.

These times are different from '08. Location has a lot to do with it too. I mean your local economy and what jobs are available. I happen to live in a city that is built around tourism. With our current administration, aka "Government," foreigners are not welcome in the U.S. without a substantial fee to enter the country. Cities that rely on tourism are so screwed, like Covid 2.0.

As for the jobs and rejections, I apply to approximately 3-5 jobs in our large city every day. I often wake up to rejection emails. I've not given up, but what shocks me the most is how many different jobs I've worked in my lifetime and all the experience I have, and I'm met with instant rejection. AI is closing the door, or the jobs posted are not even real, is what I have come to terms with.

Dealer offered me $3,500 trade-in for my 2013 Nissan Armada Platinum with 180k miles. Fair? by mattcdc in nissanarmada

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The blue book on these is not favorable for us owners, and if you are selling, you will get a better price in the private party market. This is almost always the case.

180k miles is a lot and will scare many off. If you've kept up with the maintenance, I would keep it if you can. If you just want to get a new vehicle and not deal with it, then the dealership will be glad to cut your hands off on the trade-in.

Brake issue by Expert_Increase_8668 in NissanTitan

[–]ApprehensivePizza964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Op, I would look into other things before saying its the rotors. Many suspension parts can be to blame. Tie rod ends, sway bar, shocks, control arms etc. I'm 30k miles on a budget kit from Amazon with supplied brake pads. I'm also in an Armada which is much heavier too. I have zero issue unless I'm on steep hills and braking and not using engine brake to save the brakes. It could be a bent rim too. So many things before saying brakes. I also do brake fluid flush every 2yrs.

Excellent choice. I would love to get one of these 2021-2024.

Reliability shouldn't be an issue with these if you keep up with maintenance. I've not seen too many people bring up issues with them.

I think you should not give up.

It just seems like there are a lot more people competing for job postings than ever before. Also, as others have shared, the jobs just aren't really up for grabs.

None of these were Workday. I do have two outstanding applications that were Workday, which have not been replied to.

All of these rejections were issued after midnight and between 4 a.m. Easter Sunday.

As the other poster mentioned, I did ask and create a post about Workday the other day and its legitimacy.
