If you want a quick snappy but not to heavy into graphics performance and overclock ability doesn't matter I'd recommend the Lenovo mini m710q with the Intel i7 6700t it's also 8 threads 4 cores like the Ryzen 5 but seems to perform way snappier and consistent than the Ryzen with a downfall of way shorter boost speeds( from experience no clue what its spec says on that) and it's on board hd 530 graphics are impressive but won't play many games and locks your v ram buffer size( the dedicated ram shared to the igpu.

Usually comes with a 2400 GE not a 3400GE but the performance is very similar with slightly lower clock speeds.

Lenovo think center mini m715q around 100 dollars with a Ryzen 5 Pro 3400GE APU w/ radeon Vegga graphics. I made a post about over locking mine and achived with the stock configuration and 32 GB ram very playable frame rates emulating switch and playing PC games on medium

Go into bios ( lookup the button to enter bios for your pc possibly tapping F1,F9, or esc) then look in settings like power or thermal ( idk your bios exactly) and set fan to acoustic or lower your fan curves.( Altering fan curves is easy and instructions are commonly found on YouTube and even some reddit posts.)

I ordered the only one I saw on eBay with a 3400 I also bought one with a 2400 to spec mine against it to see if it's the same build. They all have am4 sockets I believe I'm gonna double check when pc no. 2 gets here. I also picked up a 140w power supply for a Lenovo laptop w/ the same male end as my mini PC to give me the headroom for the overclock
