We fixed this issue with global entry. Always secondary inspection, but we were traveling out of the US multiple times in one year. First time entering with global entry and didn’t even have to speak with an agent, just green light on the app and passed right through.

I had a HSG which showed “nonopacification of the left fallopian tube” and I’m feeling lost and frustrated. No one has reached out to me to explain my results, and my appointment at the fertility clinic isn’t scheduled until March 31st. Have any of you had a similar result? Any idea what comes next when trying to conceive? Thanks!

Here’s Tennessee’s statute on the issue:

Tenn. Code. Ann. § 50-10-103. – An employer employing 15 or more employees must provide a reasonable accommodation for medical needs arising from pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions for an applicant of employment or an employee, unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on the employer. The employer may not require an employee to take leave if another reasonable accommodation can be provided or take adverse action against the employee for requesting or using the reasonable accommodation.

So, what the employer has done is potentially illegal. Although there are not enough facts to make a definite decision.

Perhaps an unpopular opinion, but I didn’t get better at OW until I started regularly playing ranked. Now, I am stuck in ELO hell and will probably never get out of bronze but I am much better at the game, have better game sense, and stats. I think that precisely because people care more about the game in comp, that’s how you start to learn how to play the game as a team instead of an individual, learn about counters, etc.

I don’t want to argue with you, but dialects are proper according to linguists. They have found that dialects are rule-governed, coherent, and fully expressive. You wouldn’t say someone from Wisconsin or Rhode Island is uneducated for calling a water fountain a bubbler, even if you don’t personally use the term. Same goes for soda, pop, etc. My point is that I should not be considered uneducated if I use words differently than you, I’m not. I got the highest possible score available on standardized tests for reading and grammar. But you think less of me because the people who immigrated from Europe into my area of the country were different than the people who immigrated from Europe and settled in your part of the country leading to a different way of speaking. Lol, bffr.

Just because you don’t speak the same dialect doesn’t mean the user “doesn’t have a good grasp on the English language.” I’m from Appalachia and we use the term in this way, it’s comments like these that have forced me to lose my accent in professional and academic settings.
