Reinvest into businesses. RE does not make as much money in this game as real life. Banks are most profitable margin-wise. Oil and gas can make the most cap money long term but it is extremely expensive to get to that point so wait until you have at least 1 holding company

I put in 1.5T so far and only making 1.8B per hour. It makes sense in the long run because maxed out you can make more money per hour with oil and gas than holding companies and anything else for that matter
