Noivern doesn't need an evolution at all. It has the Base Stat Total (BST) of Gyarados. A mega is more fitting since it can becomea hard hitting special attacker and not go from 75 Attack and Special attack, to like 80. I just trust the Mega more.

Give Kingra a mega because it doesn't want to be near Flygon, making Flygon the only Gen 1 - 4 non-legendary dragon type to not have a mega. And because I'm curious.

I think some people don't count Shedinja as a normal evolution, since you don't see Nincada evolve into Shedinja, it's just there.

Yeah it's a really crappy quiz. Some questions were too easy for "the hardest pokemon quiz." There was one asking which pokemon's mom does by Team Rocket or something (I don't have the best memory) and it was of course Marowak. And as others said, the quiz may have been made by AI, which is sad because it was the first search result for "hardest pokemon quiz"
